The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in managing data solutions across the organization, ensuring robust data architecture, and driving innovation through advanced analytics and data engineering practices. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing next-generation data marts and data solutions aligned with business requirements. You will work across departments to support and enhance data management practices, design scalable pipelines, and contribute to our cloud and data lake initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize data marts, data frameworks, and governance processes.

Implement robust ETL pipelines and monitoring mechanisms.

Analyze and resolve data issues by collaborating with business stakeholders.

Apply knowledge of modern data technologies such as PySpark, AWS, Cloudera, Hive, Airflow, etc.

Contribute to data mart solutioning and help disseminate data knowledge within the organization.

Participate in change management and automation of data marts.

Requirements:

5+ years in data solutioning, data engineering, or related roles.

Strong proficiency in PySpark, SQL, AWS, Cloudera, Hive, and Airflow.

High expertise in ETL/Data Pipeline design and automation.

Cloud Certification (AWS/GCP) preferred.

Experience working with big data stacks and real-time processing tools.

Familiarity with banking and financial domain data(Retail Banking/Cards preferred).

Maturity in data management practices.
