We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the WPB team.

Principal Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for facilitation of the asset sales process including customer interface, document completion, interaction on behalf of RMs with builders/societies in case of mortgage cases , discrepancy resolution etc.

Would be responsible for Asset Product Disbursal of the region Facilitate business – new as well as existing cases – with the branch asset specialists. Develop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities in order to manage strategic direction Engage with builders, brokers and other intermediaries to develop business for the region. Daily co-ordination with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, Legal, etc. for pre & post approval activities. Provide dedicated back-end support to Branch RMs in the login, approval and disbursal of their applications. Interact with senior business managers to identify peer company best-in-class service practices & technologies Operational effectiveness: Ensure that discrepancy rates of pre & post approval applications are within acceptable benchmarks Ensure nil fraudulent application

Qualifications - External

Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline with 4-7 years of relevant experience

The GCB 6 or GCB 7 will be offered depending on the selected candidate's skill and relevant experience
