Role Summary/Purpose

Creating a seamless bridge between our supply chain and our most valued partners, you will be the driving force behind a world-class customer experience.

Owning the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice cycle, you have the unique opportunity to influence strategic growth through collaborative forecasting and innovative logistics solutions.

Developing robust 3PL capabilities and EDI implementations, you will ensure our products are always where our customers need them, exactly when they need them. This role is based in our regional office and offers the chance to lead high-impact cost-reduction projects that directly affect SKU-level profitability.

Responsibilities

Conduct annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to align KPIs and scorecards with customers while chartering collaborative initiatives for continuous improvement.

Establish and manage a responsive Order-to-Cash cycle, utilizing collaborative forecasting to drive superior case fill rates and product availability.

Develop 3PL capabilities and fulfillment operations, including the creation of SOPs and the implementation of bundling/co-packing strategies to drive profitability.

Drive digital transformation by collaborating with IT teams for EDI implementation and leveraging predictive analytics for demand-driven planning.

Analyze "Cost to Serve" metrics and execute cost-reduction projects while evaluating logistics provider capabilities through standardized assessment tools.

Reconcile and improve service data by analyzing customer-reported availability and fill rates to recommend actionable solutions for delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications

MBA degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain management.

Strong technology background with proven experience in EDI implementations and master data management.

Structured, process-oriented mindset with the ability to be assessed on organized thinking and analytical problem-solving through your career history.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, specifically managing complex fulfillment channels.

Advanced analytical skills with a focus on predictive analytics and "Cost to Serve" modeling.

Strong collaborative leadership and the ability to partner effectively with both internal IT teams and external logistics service providers.

Solution-based mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and handling evolving customer expectations in transportation.
