Plastic -Tool Costing and Negotiation - Injection Tool

Injection Mould Design and Development

Injection Tool: Handson Mold Assembly and Breakdown management

Lead price negotiations and cost finalization.

Prepare and issue detailed RFQs (Request for Quotation) based on technical inputs.

Monitor tooling development milestones with suppliers.

Review product designs, 2D/3D models, and technical specifications to determine tooling needs.

Analyse part design for manufacturability (DFM).

Facilitate tool trials and validation with internal QA and Production teams.

Maintain complete documentation: PO copies, tool designs, invoices, trial reports, etc.

Build long-term, reliable relationships with strategic tooling partners.

Evaluate supplier performance post-project for quality, delivery, and support.
