Job Purpose:

To drive business growth through data analytics, MIS reporting, and business intelligence by providing actionable insights, sales performance tracking, and market trend analysis. The role supports strategic decision-making, sales enablement, and process automation to improve business performance and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and sales dashboards to track product performance and market trendsAnalyze business data points and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingPrepare and present data-driven analysis for business heads during sales calls Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and data chapter for MIS automationSupport sales team with customized data analytics and business intelligence to drive revenue growthManage incentives, vendor payouts and score cards

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in data management in bankingDemonstrated expertise in MIS development, sales dashboards, and business intelligence toolsStrong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and trend forecasting
