About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven Assistant Product Manager (APM) to join our Product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to define, build, launch, and improve products that solve meaningful customer problems.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Product Managers in defining product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities.Gather and analyze customer feedback, product usage data, and business insights.Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.Work with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.Help prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, effort, and product objectives.Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.Track product development and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.Support product launches, release planning, and go-to-market activities.Monitor key product metrics and identify opportunities for product improvement.Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate feature adoption and impact.Identify product issues and work with relevant teams to drive resolution.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other product-development ceremonies.
