Job Description

1. E-commerce & Omni-Channel Finance

Support financial tracking and reporting of e-commerce business.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely reconciliation of digital channel transactions.

Perform UAT testing, process validation, and rollout of omni-channel initiative.

Monitor monthly sales, margin, and profitability performance of e-commerce business.

Prepare performance dashboards and management reports for digital business.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.

2. Category Performance & Profitability

Monitor category sales, margins, and profitability on a daily and weekly basis, providing actionable insights to business teams.

Identify and prevent margin leakages across brands and categories.

Review intake margins at product and category levels against planned targets.

Evaluate the financial viability of promotional offers proposed by Zones and Planning teams.

Analyze offer performance and measure effectiveness post implementation.

Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including preparation of management reports and review decks.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide category performance insights and analytical support.

3. Inventory Analysis & Provisioning

Track inventory levels and monitor performance against budgets.

Monitor inventory ageing and identify slow-moving and dormant stock.

Forecast inventory provisions through inventory simulations and trend analysis.

Prepare periodic provision reports for management review.

Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
