Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) management across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channelsTimely collections and diligent follow-up on outstanding receivablesAccurate customer account reconciliation, including receipt allocation and knock-offsProactive payment tracking to improve collection efficiencyPartner account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracyEffective handling of claims and deduction managementResolution of GST-related issues and reconciliation discrepanciesContinuous ageing analysis with insightful MIS reportingMonth-end closing activities and audit support

Requirements:

4–8 years of AR experienceStrong exposure to SAP B1 (mandatory), SAP S/4HANA (preferred)Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, MIS reporting)Experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce preferredStrong analytical and communication skills

Qualification:B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Intern
