About the role :We're looking for a packaging designer who loves the production side as much as the design. You'll create packaging for our launches and see it through proofing, printing, and production, working closely with our supply chain team and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:Design and adapt packaging for body, face, hair, and lip & eye care, including tubes, bottles, jars, cartons, and pouchesDevelop dielines, artwork, and print-ready files, and keep the brand system consistent across SKUs, limited editions, and gifting setsOwn proofing from digital and prepress checks to physical samples and final sign-offCheck colour, registration, finish, and print quality against approved standardsCoordinate with supply chain and vendors on timelines, specs, MOQs, and tolerancesTravel for press checks, factory visits, and production trialsMake sure mandatory label copy is accurate before releasePartner with product, marketing, and R&D so packaging fits the formulation and positioning

What you bring:Packaging design experience with strong prepress and print production knowledge, ideally in beauty or FMCGWorking knowledge of offset, flexo, foil, embossing, and screen printing, plus colour managementProficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Esko is a plus)Hands-on press check experience and an eye for detailWillingness to travel regularly
