APF Product Lead

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Approval ManagementOversee and expedite the APF process to ensure timely builder project approvals.Develop and monitor a pipeline for sourced APF projects, ensuring seamless movement and tracking.2. Builder Collaboration & Business GrowthBuild and maintain strong relationships with builders and real estate developers to enhance business flow.Utilize past experience in tracking and driving business through builder-approved projects.3. Curating Schemes & Business ProgramsDesign strategic financial schemes and engagement programs with builders.Use project insights and market trends to create impactful business programs.4. Daily Coordination & Business TrackingManage and track APF managers across key locations pan-India.Monitor daily productivity of teams and penetration in APF projects through MIS reports.Track project performance metrics to assess their contribution to business growth.5. Regulatory & Compliance AssuranceEnsure all builder projects meet regulatory and risk compliance standards.Work with compliance teams to mitigate risks in retail case financing.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with technical, legal, risk, and credit teams for seamless project approvals.Ensure coordination with IT teams for smooth integration & placement of digital kiosks across selected builder projects.7. Data-Driven Decision Making & Business ScalabilityTrack and analyze business performance using structured monitoring frameworks.Utilize data insights to scale operations, optimize processes, and drive approvals.Key Skills & Competencies:✅ Strong understanding of APF project approvals & real estate finance ✅ Proven experience in builder relationship management ✅ Expertise in business tracking, MIS, and financial scheme curation ✅ Knowledge of regulatory and risk compliance standards ✅ Excellent stakeholder management & cross-functional coordination ✅ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills ✅ Ability to scale operations & optimize business performanceQualifications & Experience:🎓 Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field 📌 5+ years of experience in project approvals, builder financing, or real estate lending 📌 Experience in APF pipeline management, business tracking, and financial scheme curation
