Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end reporting and deep-dive analysis of core user experience and marketing KPIs, ensuring data integrity and actionable visibility across dashboards and reports.

Own site analytics by monitoring key performance metrics (e. g., bounce rate, funnel drop-offs, etc. ) and working with site and product teams to enhance on-site user experience.

Partner with the marketing team to measure and optimize acquisition and retention campaigns, including experiment design, uplift measurement, and journey analytics.

Evaluate the ROI and efficiency of marketing channels and interventions, enabling more effective budget allocation and customer targeting strategies.

Conduct pricing analytics, including discount optimization, price elasticity modelling, and impact on user conversion.

Evaluate the impact of supply-side factors (e. g., stock, delivery timelines) on user behavior and conversion; identify bottlenecks and whitespaces to enable proactive interventions.

Analyze user behavior across browse, search, and purchase actions to uncover intent signals, drop-offs, and opportunities to drive personalization.

Contribute to the development of segmentation, affinity, and propensity models to enable more relevant customer interventions.

Support ad hoc data analyses with sharp, data-backed narratives and root cause analyses.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related).

Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and handling large-scale datasets.

Strong hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus. Strong programming skills in one or more languages like Python and R.

Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and influence decision-making.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical acumen, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
