Principal Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the AM will include but are not limited to the following

MI Management- MI agreement tracker to be properly maintained Maintaining Daily Report, Sales reports Ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets Lead Management for OI RM, Assigning and tracking leads File and form checking for Account Opening AOF checking and maintaining, ensuring proper completeness of forms Extend support towards reduction in KYC errors, discrepancies Complaint Management- ensuring e-helpline update, closure of complaints before TAT Develop individual competence Develop a collaborative environment with all members of sales team Stakeholder management is a key to the role requirement. Monitor and implement best practices To be open, connected, and dependable and act with courageous integrity always. Full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Education Qualifications

Education Qualifications / Certifications and Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Banking Industry.

Other Requirements

The applicant should:

Excellent excel skills and operation knowledge in banking (1year) Deliver at PACE and have a hands-on approach Be result oriented and dynamic have brilliant Interpersonal and communication skills Basic Banking Industry knowledge Have Team management experience
