Role OverviewWe are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting activities. The individualwill work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate bookkeeping2. Handle accounts payable activities including invoice verification, payment processing, andmaintaining appropriate documentation3. Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of finance schedules and reports4. Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes including data preparation andreconciliations5. Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit-related documentation and schedules6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and better reporting practices
Experience & EligibilityBachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operationsExperience with accounting software/ERP systems preferred Working knowledge of Excel including data analysis, reconciliations, pivot tables and lookupformulasHigh attention to detail with strong accuracy and ownership mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and work within timelinesGood communication and coordination abilitiesComfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
