Role Overview This role owns the accounting and compliance engine behind a business that is scaling fast. You will run day to day accounting, keep our books clean and audit-ready, and make sure we stay on the right side of GST, TDS, the Companies Act, and FEMA. You will also turn our numbers into MIS that the leadership team actually uses to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities  Accounting and Reporting • Own day to day accounting across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. • Record and reconcile ledger entries and run bank reconciliations on a regular cycle. • Build and analyse monthly MIS, and flag what the numbers are actually telling us. • Support budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the leadership team.  Compliance and Audit • Run GST and TDS compliance end to end, from filings and reconciliations to notices. • Keep us compliant with the Companies Act and FEMA as the business grows. • Track changes in regulation and update our processes ahead of deadlines, not after them. • Drive the annual audit and be the main point of contact for external auditors.  Controls and Business Partnering • Build and maintain internal controls that protect company assets. • Spot financial risks early and put checks in place to manage them. • Work with retail, supply chain, and marketing to give them the numbers behind their decisions. Must Haves • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and compliance roles. • Hands-on experience running accounting processes on Tally. • Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, the Companies Act, and FEMA. • A track record of owning GST and TDS filings and compliance independently. • Experience building and analysing MIS reports. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite.

Good to Have • Experience in a D2C or eCommerce business. • CA, CA Inter, CMA, or a similar finance qualification. • Advanced Excel: macros, pivot tables, complex formulas. • Experience automating or improving finance processes. • Exposure to financial analysis and forecasting. • Project management experience. Get to know us before you apply: knyamed.com | instagram.com/knyamed | hr@knya.in
