Role & responsibilities
Supervises the functions of the department employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day- to-day basis
Responsible for key management including opening & closing of shift
Responsible for issuing of daily floats, roaster management, handling cinema impress, shift banking, shortage control etc
Monitors and controls, on an on-going basis:
1) Quality levels of product and service
2) Customer satisfaction
3) Merchandising and marketing
4) Operating costs
5) Sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene of the entire area
Conducts daily briefing & Sets up targets/ goals for the shift, makes constant effort to achieve the same
Oversees the services of Cinema from box-office to concessions
Under the guidance of the Cinema Manager, conducts functions such as employee orientation, staff training, on the job performance, coaching and disciplinary action if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity
Responsible for cash management and cash handling, ensuring ensure that here is no pilferage of money
Responsible for conducting print check every Thursday night. It includes ensuring Display & Commercial compliance
Responsible for training and briefing on daily basis of the staff for up selling, suggestive selling and in auditorium (SOS) selling and updating on various initiatives
Responsible for customer query handling/situation handling and maintaining TAT for Patron complaint resolution
Maintains minimum stock levels of all items and participates in inventories on weekly basis
