Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily Culinary & KST operations Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained as per Accor standard, HACCAP and FSSAI standard. Monitor team performance and allocate daily tasks. Ensure proper upkeep of guest areas and back-of-house areas. Maintain required quality and safety standards. Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth operations. Train and guide KST team members. Monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory.
