Role Summary :

Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for the FMCG industry, ensuring scalable, secure, and business‑aligned CRM and customer experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Strategy & ArchitectureLead the development of Salesforce strategies and reference architecturesDefine multi-cloud Salesforce roadmaps aligned with business objectives, technology landscapes, and industry best practices.

Solution Design & ImplementationOversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, Sales, Marketing Activation tools and other Salesforce productsEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standardsBuilding Proof-Of-Concept (POC) to demonstrate working modelOmni channel marketing experience (email, sms, whatsapp, social media)

Integration & Data ArchitectureIntegrate Salesforce applications with external systems using robust identity and access management, data architecture, and best-practice integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computers science, Information technology or a related field. Minimum years of experience: At least 8+ years in the relevant field. Solution & Delivery ExperienceProven experience leading and delivering complex Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related products for 5–10+ clients in FMCG industries.
