What you’ll own:• CRM strategy, implementation & optimisation• AI tools, workflows & business automation• Process improvement and scalable business systems• Strategic projects — from problem identification to execution• Dashboards, analytics & ROI-driven decision making• Working directly with founders and cross-functional teams
