Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud-based solutions, and modern software development practices enhanced through AI assisted development tools. This position requires technical leadership, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Software Development & Architecture

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade Java applications and services. Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable microservices-based solutions. Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, quality, and productivity. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations. Collaboration & DeliveryCollaborate with principal engineer, solution architect, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in technical discussions, solution design reviews, and architectural decision-making. Contribute to Agile development ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives. Performance & OptimizationOptimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Required Qualifications EducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development. Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
