Onboard and train sites on planning systems, age management, and related business processes; provide ongoing coaching and troubleshooting. Coordinate electronic data interchange integration and prioritization between external sites and technical teams. Manage external-site downtime plans and maintain factory calendars in SAP in partnership with planning stakeholders. Lead or support process improvements and transformation initiatives while reinforcing human and food safety and building trusted cross-functional relationships.

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and coach others on functional processes and planning systems. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders, listen actively, and build trust in a global, virtual environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree. Experience supporting external manufacturing or multi-site supply chain and logistics operations.
