Overview
Join the Supply Chain team to develop inventory targets and recommendations for finished goods and semi-finished materials. You will use inventory optimization tools, supply chain knowledge, and analytics to improve service, inventory efficiency, and decision-making while partnering with stakeholders across the business. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm shift.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the periodic refresh of inventory target recommendations using analytical and statistical tools.Take initiative the Run process & Support process improvementAnalyze cycle-on-cycle changes and explain the key drivers behind inventory recommendations.Support and navigate team members on data management, systems, and processesRun scenarios, validate tool logic, and support inventory analytics, sustainability, and process-improvement initiatives.Present data-driven recommendations and align stakeholders on inventory targets and actions.Maintain data, reporting, process documentation, and onboarding materials to support consistent execution.Identify and Support Process Improvement and Sustainability initiativesSupport business initiative from Inventory sideShare knowledge with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement.Complete tasks, activities, and projects in a timely and effective manner. Communicate progress about projects with others to ensure overall alignment. Provide ideas and input to help team achieve greater results. Assumes personal initiative and accountability for results, performance, and behaviors.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required (BE/B.Tech required).Experience: At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory analytics, or a related field; prior supply chain experience is mandatory.Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and data-analysis skills, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs; working knowledge of analytical/statistical tools; understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory concepts such as sawtooth curve, safety stock, cycle stock, inventory policies, and strategies.Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, attention to detail, and adaptability , Ability and confidence to support creative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.Four years of related experience.Experience with inventory optimization tools, scenario analysis, process validation, and presenting data-driven insights.
