Key Responsibilities
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate Cisco solutionsProvide presales technical support including solution design, BoM creation, and proposal documentationDeliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to partners and customersSupport partner enablement through training sessions and workshops on Cisco technologiesEngage with Cisco account teams for deal registrations, pricing, and solution validationAssist in RFP/RFI responses and ensure timely submission with accurate technical detailsStay updated on Cisco product portfolio, including networking, security, collaboration, and data center solutionsWork with internal teams for order configuration, licensing, and solution complianceIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
