Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in HP Poly and PeopleLink collaboration solutions. The candidate will work closely with Sales, OEM partners, and customers to design, demonstrate, and position enterprise-grade Unified Communications, Video Conferencing, Audio-Visual (AV), and Hybrid Workplace solutions. The role requires strong technical knowledge, solution architecture skills, customer engagement, and proposal management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Consulting

Understand customer business requirements and translate them into collaboration and communication solutions. Design end-to-end Video Conferencing, Meeting Room, Board Room, Training Room, and Hybrid Workplace solutions using HP Poly and PeopleLink technologies. Develop solution architectures, BOMs, sizing documents, and technical proposals. Ensure interoperability with:Microsoft TeamsZoomCisco WebexGoogle MeetSIP/H.323 environmentsSupport large enterprise, government, education, healthcare, and BFSI customers.

Customer Engagement

Conduct customer discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and executive briefings. Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and solution validation activities. Act as a trusted advisor for workplace transformation and collaboration modernization initiatives.

Proposal & Bid Management

Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders. Prepare technical compliance documents and solution write-ups. Create network diagrams, architecture drawings, and implementation approaches. Work closely with OEMs, Partners and internal sales teams to develop winning proposals.
