Your Role

As an Senior Specialist at StayVista, you will be responsible for monitoring pricing accuracy across properties and channels, identifying revenue leakages, conducting audits, and generating data-driven insights to improve revenue performance. The role requires strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, along with an understanding of hospitality pricing, OTAs, inventory, discounts, LOS, occupancy, and revenue management.

About You

Audit pricing across StayVista, OTAs and distribution channels to ensure rate accuracy and parity.Monitor Base Rate, Weekend/Peak Pricing, LOS, discounts, extra adult charges and promotions.Identify, quantify and track revenue leakages caused by pricing, inventory, channel or configuration errors.Analyse ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, LOS, booking window, cancellations and channel performance.Build daily/weekly pricing audit mechanisms and automated exception reports.Develop dashboards and reports to highlight revenue trends, pricing gaps and actionable insights.Work with Revenue, Technology, OTA, Finance and Operations teams to resolve pricing and revenue issues.Maintain pricing accuracy, audit coverage and issue-resolution tracking within defined TATs.Leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL to automate reporting, analyse large datasets and drive revenue improvement.This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
