Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day asset management and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system. Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP. Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases.Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant lease accounting standards (IFRS 16/ASC 842/Local GAAP)Collaborate with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary lease information. Assist with audits and provide documentation as required. Prior experience of working on SAP S4/ECC or a large ERP platform (Optional)Expert in advanced Excel and workflow automation to streamline process

Qualifications

Experience range 1-3 Years Graduation in Finance (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred)

Skills Required For The Role
