* Cycle time improvement

What You Need to Succeed

* Education: Graduate or Post Graduate with first class grade

* Maximum up to 5 year work experience in back office process

* SAP CRM knowledge preferable

* Shared service background will be an advantage

* Strong business communication (written and verbal )

* MS office tools proficiency

* Good interpersonal skills
