Salesforce Developer

📍 Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

💼 Experience: 2-4 Years

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer/Administrator with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and platform support. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Administration within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions and integrations. Manage Salesforce customizations, configurations, and data feeds. Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and platform enhancements. Participate in deployment activities using CI/CD and release management practices. Analyze existing configurations and recommend simplification and optimization opportunities. Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills

2-4 years of Salesforce Development experience. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Classic. Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Experience working in highly customized Salesforce environments with custom objects, workflows, and integrations. Understanding of CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Salesforce certifications. Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domains.
