Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

* End-to-end ownership of month-end close for assigned entities

* Balance sheet integrity, reconciliation review, and open item clearance

* Audit coordination (PBC management, SOX/compliance alignment)

* Stakeholder management with finance teams

* Driving process improvements and standardization initiatives

What You Need to Succeed

* 5-10 years of experience in GL / R2R

* Strong ownership of month-end close

* Deep experience in balance sheet reconciliation

* Exposure to audit / SOX / GAAP frameworks

* Hands-on SAP / ERP experience

* Prior team handling (minimum 2-3 members)
