Position: Expert Project Manager

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Track project and annotator performance using Google Sheets.Review annotator quality to ensure high standards.Handle contributor communications effectively.Demonstrate high agency and strong organizational skills.Apply an analytical mindset to enhance LLM training projects.Own unfamiliar problems from start to finish.

Qualifications

Must-Have

High agency and strong organizational skills.Analytical mindset.Real investment in LLM training projects.

Preferred

Background in Ops or project management.
