Key Responsibilities
Perform field execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems under supervision.Support intermediate-level design activities, including reviewing system layouts, drawings, and technical specifications.Participate in project delivery by assisting in system integration, configuration, and optimization activities.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols during execution.Provide technical support in resolving onsite issues and ensuring smooth system functionality.Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of O&M support.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective project execution.Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and system changes.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience ORDiploma / 2-year technical degree with minimum 6 years of relevant field experience OREquivalent combination of education and hands-on experienceExperience:Exposure to field execution, system implementation, or maintenance activitiesBasic understanding of system integration and configuration
Required Skills & Competencies
Basic technical knowledge of systems installation and commissioningUnderstanding of system integration and field operationsProblem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work in field environments and handle site challengesGood communication and coordination skillsWillingness to travel for site assignments
Preferred Skills
Experience in HVAC / BMS / Fire / Security systems (if applicable)Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulationsExposure to O&M (Operations & Maintenance) activities
