You will be responsible for:

Work as a designated Professional Services Consultant under the Check Point India Services team Deliver onsite and remote services including design, implementation, optimization, audit, migration, pre-sales support, and training Act as a technical expert on Check Point products and help customers maximize value and ROI from their security investment Setup labs and validate design and migration procedures based on project requirements Review and break down technical workflows in accordance with project timelines Provide timely and proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Educate customers and partners on deployment and operational best practices Create technical documentation and presentations based on project needs Manage customer expectations around project schedules and delivery quality Collaborate closely with internal Check Point teams and partners Maintain accurate daily records of billable and non-billable activities

Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant experience Experience with network security design, implementation, and consulting services Strong exposure to Check Point technologies including VSX, Provider-1, Maestro, and enterprise firewall deployments Experience in customer-facing consulting or pre-sales roles Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Strong Linux/Unix knowledge Willingness to learn new technologies and work independently Good communication and stakeholder management skills Experience delivering training or workshops is advantageous
