Position Summary:

The Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst turns operational data into meaningful insights that help BNI India leaders understand business performance and take proactive action. The role collects, validates, analyzes, and reports data across company-owned and franchise regions, with particular focus on Member gross additions, churn, retention, campaign results, and other operational measures. This position creates and manages recurring reports and dashboards, identifies trends and variances, and translates findings into clear, practical business insights for decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate meaningful insights by analyzing operational data and translating findings into clear reports and recommendations that support proactive business action.Produce recurring reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on business needs, including reporting on Member gross additions, churn, overall retention, first-year retention, campaign results, and other operational measures.Create and manage dashboards that provide timely visibility into performance, while recommending and implementing improvements to reporting tools and outputs.Support performance analysis for the National Director, Regional Managing Directors, and India Operations Team by evaluating trends, variances, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement.Collect and validate data from company-owned and franchise regions, challenging missing or inconsistent information and completing the data cleanup, restructuring, and reconciliation needed to produce meaningful reports.Partner cross-functionally with Operations and regional stakeholders to gather business requirements, confirm reporting needs, and ensure outputs are relevant and actionable.Improve reporting processes to increase the timeliness, accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of business information.Apply business understanding to interpret data in context and convert analysis into clear presentations and decision-ready reporting.Use digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve data validation, analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency while applying sound judgment and protecting data quality.Demonstrate performance through timely and accurate deliverables, thoughtful analysis, and innovative approaches to reporting and insight generation.Any additional duties needed to help demonstrate our core values, drive our vision, and fulfill our mission.

Required Qualifications:

Business-level English proficiencyBachelor’s degree in Commerce.Relevant experience of one to three years in management information systems (MIS), business analysis, or finance analysis.Excel proficiency with strong capability in data manipulation, data analysis, and reporting.Business understanding sufficient to interpret data,identify what matters, and convert findings into meaningful reports and presentations.Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior leaders, Operations teams, and regional stakeholders.Data quality discipline with the ability to identify missing or inconsistent information and perform data cleanup, restructuring, and reconciliation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry experience in a subscription, Membership, franchise, or multi-region organization to support faster onboarding and familiarity with business requirements.
