Your Tasks And Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and execution of ‘New Product Launch Plan’ ensuring on-time launch as per established goals, while fully aligned with manufacturing plants, Quality team, Third Party vendor, R&D, MSTG, Regulatory & Marketing The person must enable, identify, record and communicate launch program decisions, issues, risks, mitigation plan and other key aspects of the launch program in a timely and effective manner NPLR (New Product Launch Requirement) issuance & material planning based on it Close coordination and follow up for the status of product filing, DCGI / DML permission, Artwork approval, Analytical Method transfer, Tech. transfer, Third party product dossier evaluation, RM-PM procurement, Engineering Procurement, CMO plant audit & Launch batch scheduling Facilitate for Costing and Margin Working to finalize MRP and GC prior to commercial manufacturing Manages launch project issues - identifies risk and works with CFT towards risks mitigation and deliverables. Must be able to facilitate discussions and bring about consensus between all stakeholders Monitors progress, prepares and update project launch dash board for management meetings Will work directly with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks Must have an understanding of relevant methodologies, processes and standards and ensure that all launch project team members understand and follow these

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

B.Pharma/ M.Pharm / MBA with Pharma experience

Experience

8-10 years of experience as New Product Launch Manager with a reputed pharmaceutical organization
