SCCM (Current Branch – Operations)
Operate and maintain SCCM Current Branch environmentsCreate, modify, and troubleshoot:Applications and deploymentsCollections and queriesBoundaries and boundary groupsContent distribution to DPsPerform client-side troubleshooting:Software Center issuesClient health and communication failuresContent download and execution issuesUse logs and reporting for root-cause analysis (client and server side)
Microsoft Intune (Operational)
Manage Windows devices using Microsoft IntuneDeploy and troubleshoot:Win32 applicationsConfiguration profilesCompliance policiesResolve common Intune issues:Policy and app deployment failuresEnrollment and device sync issuesIME and device check-in problemsSupport co-managed environments (SCCM + Intune)
Software Packaging

The Medior Endpoint Management Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch) and Microsoft Intune. This role is hands-on and production-focused, with strong responsibility for software packaging, patch compliance, and endpoint stability in an enterprise Windows environment. The engineer works independently on most operational tasks and escalations, while aligning with senior engineers on architecture and long-term roadmap decisions.
