Location: BKC
Function: Sales
Tenure: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and market outreach.
Engage with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders to present and promote business solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and delivery.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address client requirements effectively.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
Prepare and share regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports with management.
Key Requirements:
Graduates/ postgraduates with prior internship experience in Corporate/B2B Sales is an advantage.
Strong understanding of current business, economic, and market trends with the ability to derive actionable insights.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
Strong analytical, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with strong planning and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and collaborative professional with a willingness to travel as required and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
