Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

* Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone

* Planning Service Engineers' planned activities in co-ordination with Customers' expectations

* Ability to know/learn the geographic territory and travel time estimation

* Customer Satisfaction Measurement

* Analysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC system

* Focus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineers

* Leave room for Short Term and dispatching (load factor)

* Quick alignment on last minute installations and other planned orders

* Final review before handing off to calls dispatching team with regular interactions

* Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity

What You Need to Succeed

* Diploma, BSc - Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or B.Com

* Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills

* Good Negotiator

* Good knowledge of MS Excel

* Preferred - Knowledge of SAP and SFDC

* Overall and Specific Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Experience, who have worked on SAP CRM/call management / SFDC
