Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

* Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.

* Provide high level Technical support to customers at their location.

* Timely and professionally handle Installation, Chargable services.

* Provide on-site training to the customers.

* Collect Service technical documentation.

* Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.

* Remote / Onsite Support to Engineers.

* Support cross region for critical cases.

* Coordination with Tech Team HO for Regional Technical advise.

* Key account management.

* Conduct Trainings.

* Maintain Spares & Tools Tracker.

What You Need to Succeed

* 4-5 years of experience in after sales service support in Hardware systems for pharma and Biotech industry.

* Sound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments/Machines as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.

* Experience on Analytical Instruments would be a added advantage.

* Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other language proficiency like Marathi and Hindi would be an advantage.

* Educational Qualification: BE/Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation.
