Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Responsible for overall office upkeep & safety, both head office & regional offices.
* Contracts Management & Renewal of AMC.
* Oversee office Space Management & Employee Seating.
* Ensure energy saving Measures & Energy Management.
* Coordinate with building maintenance team for any issues, escalations, support.
* Ensure Tagging of company assets and coordinate during fixed assets audit.
* Support regional offices in the renewal of AMC and resolve any maintenance / admin issues.
* Maintain admin related records / Data.
* Coordinate vendor invoicing and payment processes.
* Resolve any maintenance / Admin issues at the factory.
* Be the backup for travel desk.
* Provide support during set up of new regional offices.
* Oversee the renewal of all fire safety equipment's.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
* Diploma in Engineering
* Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
