Responsibilities.

* Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phone & system

* Service Engineers planning & scheduling for unplanned service orders

* Remote Technical assistance to customers for Unplanned services

* Manage intra-call status updates and escalation process with field management

* Should be intelligent enough to understand the geographic territory

* Measurement of Service Quality Parameters - DT (downtime), TAT (turnaround time) FTFR (First time First resolution) etc.,

* Customer Satisfaction Measurement

* Technical Documentation & Data Management

* Fill technicians' schedule

What You Need to Succeed

Qualification BE. / Diploma, BSc

* Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or graduates in BSc, BCom

* Excellent Writing & Speaking Skills

* Good Negotiator & experience of conflict management

* Basic knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
