Position: Sonic Audit Specialist - Hindi

Type: Contract

Compensation: $18/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Evaluate AI training data in Hindi by auditing transcriptions and forced alignments.Review audio recordings and transcriptions for accuracy, applying error codes and providing rationale.Verify and correct segment timestamps in audio, ensuring alignment with spoken words.Collaborate asynchronously, maintaining high standards across judgments.Work independently to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or near-native command of Hindi as spoken in India.Strong English reading and writing skills.Disciplined rubric application for consistent judgment.Experience in transcription, subtitling, localization, or linguistic annotation.

Preferred

Prior AI data annotation or model evaluation experience.Background in phonetics or linguistics.Experience with audio editing or waveform tools.
