Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager having sound knowledge and understanding in home automation, lights or relevant business. Capable of handling multiple projects and teams to ensure the site progress. This role requires customer relationship management, team management and indecently handles all site related challenges and offering the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities:● Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire installation process for smart home automation and smart lighting systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the client's satisfaction.● Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.● Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns or questions and providing regular updates on project progress.● Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in smart home technology and automation systems, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and capable of installing and troubleshooting the latest products.● Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all installations, including project plans, client communications, and post-installation reports.● Compliance and Safety: Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve installation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

● At least 12 years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience as Sr. Manager / Manager in the field of Lights, Home Automation execution, or luxury home solutions execution● Handling a team of 15+ members● Dealing with various vendors/contractors● Interpersonal effectiveness, takes ownership, relationship skills, team management
