External Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary computation, validations, and timely disbursement.
Manage full & final settlements, employee exits, and related statutory compliances.
Handle retiral benefits such as Provident Fund and Gratuity as per applicable laws and trust rules.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and statutory authorities for accurate and timely filings and settlements.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related regulations.
Prepare and maintain payroll, accounting entries, MIS reports, and support audits and actuarial valuations.
Address employee payroll and retiral-related queries with accuracy and within defined SLA.
