Job Description
Own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently metLead the review of proposals and study designs, independently resolving complex design and execution issues to ensure field specifications are accurate, practical, and commercially viableTake accountability for pricing, cost assumptions, resource requirements, and delivery timelines, balancing competitiveness with operational feasibility, quality, and profitabilityPartner directly with analysts, account teams, and vendors to clarify objectives, recommend appropriate study designs, and translate requirements into clear, executable project plansMake timely, independent decisions on project priorities, vendors, schedules, costs, and delivery trade-offs, escalating only matters involving significant commercial, client, or operational riskServe as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects, establishing clear milestones and ensuring risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes are actively managed and communicatedCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders and influence outcomes, ensuring alignment and removing barriers to successful project deliveryManage multiple priorities across the project, identifying capacity constraints, conflicting requirements, and delivery risks early and agreeing practical solutions with relevant stakeholdersLead fieldwork coordination and vendor management, holding partners accountable for agreed standards of quality, responsiveness, cost, and timelinessOwn project financial performance, including budget management, cost control, vendor expenditure, variance analysis, and timely corrective actionMonitor project performance, identify emerging risks, and intervene early to prevent delays, cost overruns, or deterioration in qualityEnsure field materials, project documentation, and operational inputs are accurate, fit for purpose, and completed in time to support efficient executionProvide stakeholders and senior management with concise, decision-oriented updates on project status, material risks, financial performance, and required actionsApply sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach, avoiding unnecessary approvals, meetings, documentation, or administrative steps that do not contribute to quality, risk management, or client valueAct as a subject-matter expert in project delivery, sharing best practices and providing guidance to colleaguesDrive continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes, applying lessons learned, simplifying processes, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project deliveryOwn the accurate tracking and maintenance of KPIs, regularly assess performance against agreed targets, and take timely corrective action to address gaps and ensure commitments are met

You will ensure the highest quality consumer data on studies by designing world-class questionnaires and methodology based on client objectives/knowledge, and also ensure smooth project execution by liaising and coordinating between the account team and the appropriate Operations departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate / Post Graduate from a well-known institute2-3 years’ experience in Market Research Project ManagementBasic AI certificationKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong technical knowledge of consumer researchStrong analytical mind and excellent numerical skillsVery good knowledge on advanced analysis, methods, and tools (preferred)Excellent Communication SkillsAbility to work seamlessly with cross functional teamsOpenness and flexibility to changeGreat interpersonal skillsAbility to travelMulti-tasking skillsOral and written communication skillsExperience with a second languageAttention to detail
