Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Ecommerce Team. The role involves working with large datasets, transforming data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven ecommerce decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for ecommerce and business teams.Develop effective data models to support reporting and analysis.Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Track key ecommerce, sales, and operational metrics and provide regular insights.Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate recurring analysis.Explore and implement AI-driven tools and solutions to improve data analysis and reporting.Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development.Strong understanding of data modelling and data visualization.Proficiency in Excel and working with large datasets.Knowledge of SQL is preferred.Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Background

Candidates with an Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative background would be preferred.Candidates who have worked extensively with large datasets and analytical models will be an advantage.
