The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, company sales policies, and applicable regulatory standards.Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to support a seamless customer experience.Facilitate new customer onboarding and master data setup.Process stock transfer orders and customer orders accurately.Manage domestic and High Sea Sales orders.Monitor order progress from order entry through delivery and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.Coordinate customs declaration and shipping documentation activities.Execute billing activities and ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.Partner with the Sales team to support accounts receivable management and payment collection activities.Provide customer training and guidance on portal order process.Manage credit and debit note requests and related documentation.Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including return order processing and issue resolution.Support on the change to business and first order process.Collaborate effectively with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Excellence, Supply Chain, Order Management, or a related operational function.Hands-on experience working with SAP R/3 ERP systems.Strong understanding of trading business models and international trade operations.Strong ownership on accounts and roles & responsibilitiesCustomer-centric mindset with a demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in English, including strong verbal and written communication skills
