Construction Strategy & Planning•Develop and continuously refine the overall construction strategy aligned with business growth and project delivery objectives.•Standardise construction practices across projects to improve speed, quality, and predictability. Evaluate alternative construction technologies, systems, and materials to enhance project outcomes.

Project Delivery Excellence•Monitor portfolio-level project performance and identify strategic interventions to improve execution efficiency.•Create robust governance mechanisms for project reviews, risk management, and escalation processes. Support project teams in resolving complex execution challenges.

Quality, Safety & Cost Optimisation•Lead initiatives to improve construction productivity and reduce overall development costs. Benchmark construction costs, productivity metrics, and industry best practices.•Drive lean construction principles and process optimisation initiatives. Establish construction quality and safety frameworks across projects.•Drive sustainability initiatives, resource optimisation, and waste reduction programs. Champion best practices in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).

Stakeholder Management & Portfolio Analytics •Partner with Design, Development, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Asset Management teams to align business objectives with project execution.•Present project strategy and performance updates to senior leadership.
