About the RoleAgfa is seeking a highly motivated and organized Change Manager to join its Global IT (Information & Communication Systems) organization. In this role, you will be responsible for governing and coordinating changes across Agfa's global IT landscape, ensuring that modifications to infrastructure, applications, platforms, and services are implemented in a controlled and efficient manner.You will play a critical role in minimizing business risk and service disruption while maximizing the success rate of IT changes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, managed service providers, and external vendors, you will ensure alignment, compliance, and operational excellence across the change management process. About You (Skills Required)You are a strong communicator and coordinator who thrives in a dynamic IT environment. You can balance governance and operational needs while effectively managing multiple stakeholders across different teams and vendors.You possess: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities. Analytical thinking with a structured approach to risk assessment and problem solving. The ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and external service providers. A continuous improvement mindset and focus on service quality. Flexibility and willingness to work outside standard business hours to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and governance of critical IT changes in a global 24/7 environment. What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities) Own and continuously improve the global IT Change Management process. Assess, classify, and evaluate changes, including risk and business impact analysis. Coordinate and manage changes across multiple vendors and managed service providers. Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and facilitate approval processes, including emergency change procedures. Maintain and communicate the 12-month rolling maintenance calendar. Plan, schedule, and coordinate changes across infrastructure, applications, and services. Monitor change performance, reporting metrics, and SLA compliance. Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Manage stakeholder communications and change-related escalations. Act as backup for Configuration Management activities when required. What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations environments. Strong understanding of Change Management principles and best practices. Experience working in outsourced IT environments and managing third-party service providers. Technical background with a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and application environments. Experience with ITIL processes and service management frameworks is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a global organization with geographically distributed teams. Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional are considered an asset.
