What You Will Get To Do:

Review and report operational performance data from Control IQ, to support operational and strategic decision making, with a focus on identifying process improvement opportunities.Drive governance program across stakeholders in India and Onshore discussing opportunities for efficiency and collaborationIdentify, support and drive change around key SLA’s such as Productivity, Shrinkage and Automation in line with the Global Operating ModelTrain and assist operational area(s)to utilise the AOM Methodology (Forecast, Plan Control & Review) effectively to drive business decisions.Ensure engagement across stakeholders at all levels of the business and maintain good working relationships with both Indian and Onshore colleagues promoting a culture that embraces change and innovation.Coach at all management levels to drive behavioural change and to ensure best practice is adhered to throughout all locations including working closely with colleagues Onshore.Conducting workshops to train a range of abilities and levels at different stages for new business onboarding.A point of liaison between COE/ActiveOps and all business areas to address day to day issues.Lead and support continuous process improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving service delivery standards within the India operations and globally

What You Will Bring:

8-10 yrs of working experience in the Centre of Excellence, Project Mgmt, Change Mgmt functionsGood Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong Presentation skills.Existing training skills preferred but aptitude and desire to learn coaching/training skills essential.Strong understanding of the AOM (Active Ops Methodology) methodology. [Tracking Performance Indicators like Productivity, Utilisation, Shrinkage levels etc.,]Experience in driving projects and working in a projectized environmentIs flexible and adaptable in response to challenging and changing environments.Focus on Operational efficiency and Continuous Improvement through liaison with OperationsKnowledge/understanding of working in an FCA regulated environment.Qualifications – Commerce Graduate or Postgraduate/MBA in Finance/CA/Inter CAWell-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Ability to liaise with all levels throughout the business.Ability to analyse and appraise work and to identify potential areas of concern that could lead to risk.Responds positively to all internal & external customers.Able to professionally handle conflict to achieve resultsOperational management experience.Experience in Power BI, Tableau or similar interactive tools will be an advantageLean Six Sigma certification will be an advantage
