Job Description

Title: GIT - Application Support (Order to Cash Process)

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

We are looking for an Order to Invoice Functional knowledged person to join our Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues and providing support for a wide range of production challenges within the Sales & Distribution and Transportation modules. This role requires knowledge of EDI message types and IDOCs. The individual must excel in root cause analysis and be committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Possess extensive knowledge of the End-to-End Sales & Distribution Process, including Transportation Management, gATP, Multiple plant Replenishment ScenariosStrong business processes understanding & it’s correlation is mandatoryDeliver day to day application support including response to emergencies (24x7), sometimes working in shiftsExperience in configuring the entire Sales Order to Invoice process, including GATP, e-Invoicing, TM integration, and Material SubstitutionAdditional working knowledge of setting up pricing & rebates, output related to EDI, Print, mail process etc, condition records and should have the knowledge on how to design layoutsRegularly track progress and closure of issues while ensuring SLA complianceManage on-call responsibilities and monthly system maintenanceAnalyze repetitive issues and implement ways to reduce support tickets

Required Qualifications:

Engineering graduate, BSc or equivalent experience. Computer Science, BSc IT, MBAMinimum 1-2 Years of Experience with SAP SD S4 Hana or ECC 6.0, SAP TM (Transportation Management)Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP and debugging is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Hold Certifications in SD and / or TM Module (Optional)Possess strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of performance in IT Role developing, configuring and implementingStrong leadership skills & Analytical skills SAP & other system : Deep knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level
