What You'll Do• Find and connect with potential franchise and channel partners.• Understand their requirements and explain the business opportunity.• Pitch the franchise and partnership model.• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure.• Negotiate and close B2B partnership deals.• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.• Maintain lead and sales records using CRM tools.• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who We're Looking For• 2–6 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, HNI Sales, IT Sales, or EdTech Sales.• Good communication and presentation skills.• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.• Good relationship-management skills.• Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.• Experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
